Recipe: Berries n Almonds Purple Smoothie for Less Than 200 Calories

Serves 2; approx 176 cals

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Red Cabbage, shredded or cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Berries, your choice, frozen
  • 1/2 Apple slices
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
