Bananas add such creaminess to a smoothie, along with a heathy dose of potassium. Then slip in some coconut milk and I am in smoothie heaven – amazing nutrients aside, it just tastes sooooooo good. Use a full fat coconut milk to get as much creaminess and flavour as possible – or simply use 300 ml nut milk or regular milk. You can also use other kinds of berries, I also LOVE the raspberry version, but try to keep it simple since it’s the combination of the creamy coconut milk and the fresh berries that work the magic!
