Recipe: Banana Oat n Walnut Smoothie for 260 Calories
Serves 2; approx 260 cals each
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened Nut Milk, your choice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 frozen Bananas*
- ¼ cup old fashioned rolled Oats*
- 1/4 cup / about 12 / 25 g Walnut Halves*
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa* powder
- ¼ teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
- Ice
* Hold back a little of each for Toppings.
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
