Recipe: Banana Berry Protein Smoothie

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup your Milk of choice
  • 1 5.3oz Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup Raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1 ripe Banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup fresh Spinach
  • 2-3 TBS Chia seeds

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
