I may have come late to the smoothie party but when I come across delicious recipes like this one, I’m really glad I found it! A scrumptiously tasty blend of sweet-sharp berries, creamy banana, dairy (or vegan, if you wish) and non-dairy protein, and fiber make a healthy breakfast that will keep me going till lunch. Plus the added greens give me a nutrient boost I might otherwise ignore – yet I can ignore them as I don’t notice them in my smoothies.

Recipe: Banana Berry Protein Smoothie
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- ½ cup your Milk of choice
- 1 5.3oz Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup Raspberries, frozen
- 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
- 1 ripe Banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup fresh Spinach
- 2-3 TBS Chia seeds
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
