Smoothies are usually shown in a glass with a straw, but I don’t use a straw and just drink it straight from the glass. This allows me to feel the texture in my mouth that I miss with a straw – with all that sucking it just seems to go straight down my throat, lol!

Recipe: Avocado Tropical Smoothie for Under 150 Calories
Serves 2; approx 125 cals each
Serves 1 as a meal: approx 251 cals
Ingredients:
1/4 Avocado peel removed
1/4 cup light* Coconut Milk
1 cup frozen Pineapple
1/4 cup fresh Basil
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1 teaspoon raw Honey
Ice if desired
