Recipe: Ashley’s Apple Crisp Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup low fat Milk
- ½ cup low fat vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup instant or quick Oats
- 1 Apple, cut into ½-1″ chunks, peel and all
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 6-8 Ice cubes
Blend and enjoy.
