Recipe: Ashley’s Apple Crisp Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup low fat Milk
  • ½ cup low fat vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup instant or quick Oats
  • 1 Apple, cut into ½-1″ chunks, peel and all
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 6-8 Ice cubes

Blend and enjoy.
