Recipe: Apple Carrot and Ginger Slim-Down Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 medium Gala Apple, cored and cut roughly
- ½ cup Carrot Juice, or use fresh carrots if you’ve no juice
- ½ cup Cantaloupe, cubes
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
- 1 tsp fresh Ginger, grated
Blend, divide between 2 glasses, and enjoy.
