Recipe: Apple Almond Green Smoothie < 200 Calories

Serves 2 small (about 8 fl oz); approx 190 cals each
Serves 1 as a meal; approx 380 cals

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Milk Kefir
  • 2 small Dates
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 T ground Almonds
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 medium Banana
  • Optional: 1 t Granola or Oats
  • Optional: a sprinkling of Cinnamon or a stick to swirl

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
