This fruity smoothie is a real fruit treat, so a little goes a long way. If you’d prefer to have a long, cold drink then add some flax seeds, chia seeds or almonds and half a cup of oats to fill it out and prevent a sugar high. This will make it a refreshing and filling breakfast treat that can still be sipped by the pool, if you have the opportunity, on a beautiful summer morning.
