Recipe: Amanda’s Apple Pie Oatmeal Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond Milk
- 1/4 cup (20 g) rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp (10 g) Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
- pinch of ground Nutmeg
- 1 medium-sized Apple, in chunks (~130 g)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened Applesauce
- 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
