Recipe: Almond Oat n Banana Smoothie for Under 200 Calories

Serves 4; approx 194 cals each

Ingredients:

  • 2 large very ripe Bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 2 cups Almond Milk or whole milk
  • 1/4 cup / 35 g Almonds or 2 tbs ground Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract (or Vanilla)
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Optional: 2 cups Ice cubes

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
