Recipe: Almond Oat n Banana Smoothie for Under 200 Calories
Serves 4; approx 194 cals each
Ingredients:
- 2 large very ripe Bananas, peeled, sliced
- 2 cups Almond Milk or whole milk
- 1/4 cup / 35 g Almonds or 2 tbs ground Almonds
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Almond Extract (or Vanilla)
- Ground Nutmeg
- Optional: 2 cups Ice cubes
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
