Recipe: Almond Blueberry Pear Smoothie
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cold Water
- 1½ cups plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp Honey, Agave or Maple Syrup, or to taste
- 1 Pear, quartered and core
- 2 cups Blueberries, frozen
- 1 oz Almonds (about 20)
Blend until it reaches the consistency you like. Enjoy.
