Recipe: Alkalizing Spinach Lime Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 frozen Banana
- juice of 1 Lime
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, stems removed
- 1 cup Coconut Water
Blend together then top with 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds.
