Recipe: A Strawberry Banana Oat Smoothie That’s Naturally Protein-Rich

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned Oats
  • 1½ cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • scant 1/2 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt (60 cals; 10 g protein)
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts (40 cals; 5 g protein)

Blend until smooth. Pour into one or two glasses to share or to keep in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy.
