Did you smoothie-out a while back and haven’t looked at another for months … years even? Maybe it’s time to look at them again. After all, the right ones can help you lose a few pounds (or more!) The holidays are not far away and I know I always need more energy (and who doesn’t want to look good, too) when I catch up with family and friends I haven’t seen in a while.

I have a formula I work by for making my smoothies, as a general rule. However, some days there’s just something missing in the flavoring so I like to have a few actual recipes on hand to turn to for a little extra inspiration.
