Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Banana (recommend frozen)
  • 1/4 cup / 20 g Oats
  • 2-3 handfuls of Spinach or greens of choice
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 ½ cups / 360 ml unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
