Wow! This is lovely! Rich, creamy, coconut-y and filling (due to the canned coconut milk), and sharp and mouth-watering from the limes, mmmm! Do try it! I find some foods have a very satisfying ‘mouth’ quality about them and I think this one has it.  PLUS it will fit well within our healthy eating weight loss program.

Yes, if you add the ice and honey it’s more than three ingredients … but as they are optional, I hope you’ll let me off with calling this a 3-ingredient smoothie, lol!
