Recipe 2: Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Serves 3; approx 125 cals each

Ingredients:

  • 2 generous cups frozen Strawberries
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ground Flax
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Soy Milk, if nut allergies are a concern
  • Check thickness and add a little Water if you prefer

Optional: 1 tablespoon Honey

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
