Recipe: Take-It-With-You Blackberry Yogurt Smoothie

Serves 2


  • 1 cup fresh ripe Blackberries, rinsed, or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, fat level is your choice
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbs Almonds

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
