Recipe 2: GreenBlender’s Matcha Eggnog

- 1 1/2 oz Chard
- 1/2 Avocado
- 4 oz Tofu
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, nutmeg mix
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Matcha Tea
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Nutrition Facts: 238 calories, 16g fat, 22g carbs, 7g protein per 12-ounce serving – half the recipe.
