Recipe 1: Calming Pomegranate Oatmeal Smoothie


Oats will help you feel satisfied and grounded with their heart-healthy fiber, and grapes and pear add a sweet (but not too sweet) base. After a long, stressful day, this might be just the thing to renew your senses!

  • 4 oz Grapes
  • 1 Pear, chopped
  • 1 oz Pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tbsp rolled Oats
  • 3 tbsp Cashews
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
