I love Piña Colada – so refreshingly tasty! So when I ran across this non-alcoholic, kid-friendly version from Jadah And Jen at SimpleGreenSmoothies.com, I just had to give it a go!
In case you don’t know, a piña colada – the official drink of Puerto Rico since 1978 – is a sweet, tasty cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. It comes in various formats – blended, frozen, or mixed with ice, depending on where you buy it or your own preference.
What a fantastic idea though – popsicles are popular…
There is nothing better than an ice cold popsicle on a hot summer afternoon… unless of course that popsicle also happens to taste like a piña colada and its loaded with nutrients that make your body healthy and happy!
Our favorite thing about these pops (besides the fact that they are tasty and healthy), is that our kids love them too! And you know we love feeling good about the treats we’re giving our kids. So when the kids (and you!) come back for seconds, you can say yes without the guilt.

Now you can enjoy this Caribbean beverage, in rum-free popsicle format, from the comforts of your own home.
