Recipe: Papaya Smoothie – a Terrific Tummy Tamer

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups papaya, peeled and diced
1/4 cup frozen pineapple, optional
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup ice cubes
