Recipe: Non-Dairy Peach Smoothie – For Weight Loss
1/2 frozen peach
1/4 cup soft tofu
1 cup soy milk
1 teaspoon Stevia (**)
20-gram scoop of low-carb soy powder
Add to blender and blend until smooth. Great as a low-carb, non-dairy meal.
