Shell Harris’s Recipe for Honey Banana Smoothie with Nutmeg Spice

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, diced (frozen for a thicker smoothie)
6 ounces low-fat natural vanilla yogurt
1-2 teaspoons honey (or to your taste)
8 ounces cold milk (low fat or soy may be used)
A dash of Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon)
couple of ice cube, if needed for a thicker consistency
