Getting started with a fitness routine is a tough challenge for many of us. (And for the rest of us, keeping going is an even tougher challenge!) So when I came across this video from Vania Fernandez showing her laid-back approach, I thought this might help some folks here…

In the video, Vania casually walks us through her day outlining how she includes fitness elements (diet, exercise, hydration, and to some extend, mindset) in her daily routine.

  • Green tea
  • Use of FlexBelt while at the computer – builds your abs!
  • She anticipates & answers questions
  • Gym – 2x per week
  • Run 30 mins
  • Stretch & other exercises
  • Aerobic workout
  • Hydrate with water drink
  • Walks
  • Comfortable footwear & clothing
