I’m little bit obsessive over the best foods to eat, what kind of meals to prepare – so figuring out where the next meal is coming from can be exhausting. Also, I’ve always had to overcome the temptations of comfort food – mostly from foods that put on tummy fat, of course!
So I was relieved to find this recipe from Healthy Food Style (healthyfoodstyle.com) and begin a journey to better health, benefiting from its fat-burning effect.

If you ask any dietary expert in which part of the body is the most difficult for lowering fat, and he will answer you that it is the stomach area.
It is even harder to lose fat around your stomach if you have gone through pregnancy or if you are carrying weight around your middle.
But, if you make some changes in your diet regime, your efforts for losing weight will pay off and you will begin to lose some fat in your mid-section.
RECIPE: Jet-Powered Juice for Faster Weight-Loss!
Ingredients (Serves 1-2)
1/2 Cucumber, chopped
1/3 cup chopped Parsley
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
1/2 tsp. grated Ginger
1/2 Lemon, squeezed
1/2 Lime, squeezed
1 Apple, grated
Blend together
Then add:
2 cups sparkling Water
Instructions:
Consume during the evening
Repeat these steps for the next 2 days
Tip: Avoid eating anything else at night.
