What kind of pomegranate juice do u use?
Hi Shelly Tipton, You can use whatever (pure) pomegranate juice is in stock locally, or (better, but more work!) you can buy fresh pomegranates and juice them yourself. It means we start the day with a good % of the daily nutrient intake we need, and has much reduces our risk of snacking. You should check with your medical professional, of course, but generally max benefit would come from incorporating this into your daily meal plan.

If loss of belly fat is NOT important to you, you can substitute your preferred fruit.
