To start, here’s just a couple of tips to help make your smoothie making run more smoothly
1. Use frozen fruit
Why? You don’t want to be watering down your smoothie with a whole load of ice. So, freeze your fruit yourself.
2. Add liquid to your blender first…
When it comes to using your blender, be sure to your liquid first, near the blade – that’s going to help your blender run a little more smoothly
3. Pre-package your smoothies
Leave them in the freezer. This is great because all you have to do is roll out of bed in the morning, pour these into your blender with a little bit of yogurt and some juice, and you’re off to the races… Breakfast is served!
For all the following smoothie recipes, the instructions are the same:
- Add liquid to the blender first.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
