Recipe 3. Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie
Eating fruits and veggies with high water volume can help you drop pounds by filling you up and keeping you hydrated. And since strawberries, cucumber, and watermelon contain lots of H2O, they’re the perfect smoothie combo if you’re trying to slim down.
Adding in some kefir—a fermented yogurt drink with 15 to 20 times the probiotics found in yogurt—keeps your immune system in tip-top shape.
Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup Kefir
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
