Ingredients:
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 –1 cup fresh Spinach
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Cacao
Blend all ingredients.
Recipe 2: Berry-Rich Mood Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients:
3-5 Strawberries, depending on size and freshness
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Avocado
1/2 cup Blueberries
2 teaspoons ground Flaxseed
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Cacao powder (optional)
1 tablespoon Goji berries
Blend all ingredients together until totally smooth.
