I just ran across this cool article where they share 2 reasons to make smoothie freezer packs. But I reckon there are at least 3! They only give one sample recipe, but include which ingredients are good to freeze, so it’ll really get your creative juices flowing and help you come up with some great new ideas for your own daily smoothies.
